Increasing passenger safety

• All crew are checked for signs of the virus twice daily
• Each aircraft is sanitized after every flight
• Every aircraft includes hand sanitiser for crew and passenger use
• Handshake greetings have been stopped; crew will wait on the plane
• Crew will wear protective masks and gloves as required
• As a precaution, should authorities determine that a COVID-19 carrier travelled on a aircraft, that tail and crew will be temporarily withdrawn from use.

Preparing for upcoming flights

For upcoming bookings, passengers may be required to complete a form about their health and flight patterns over the last 30 days. Where this information is requested, flights will only operate if it is received at least 24 hours prior to flight departure.

Additional health certificates and documentation could be required from passengers; Passengers who have recently travelled to high risk locations will have their temperature tested prior to boarding.

We have been monitoring the outbreak since the first cases in 2019, and we are working daily with all authorities and operators to update our standards as the situation evolves.
