Types of aircraft

Are you planning a important business trip or a luxury family holiday? Whether you’re a regular private jet flyer, or it’s your first time, we have access to the best fleet of aircraft available for charter, to suit your travel needs.

Your aircraft has to be right for your flight, so it’s important you get it right. It can save you a lot of hassle in the long run, so it’s imperative that when you enquire you give us as much information as possible.

Choosing the wrong aircraft for your flight can mean longer flight times in terms of fuel stops (typical turn round time is 45 minutes), not being able to bring all your luggage with you (some cases you will have to either use the small toilet or leave some behind), or because of the cabin size your journey is an uncomfortable one.

Here are some of the things that can affect your choice of aircraft

Range (how far can the aircraft fly non-stop with maximum passengers)

Luggage Capacity (travelling with lots of luggage on a small aircraft)

Speed (how quickly do yo want to get to your destination)

Cabin Size ( can all the passengers fit comfortably in the cabin, what is the height and width of the cabin?)

Amenities (does the aircraft have wi-fi, hot galley, entertainment system for your flight)

Configuration

Just like a car, your private jet comes in all sorts of configurations and sizes. Although you may have flown on a certain aircraft type before doesn’t mean that they are all the same.

The same type of aircraft can come in different configurations either for the owner of the aircraft or the aircraft operators depending on their taste and needs.

For instance both the aircraft above and below are Embraer Legacy 500s however one has a three seat divan as opposed to all single seating in a double club configuration.

So depending on your preference, we can source an aircraft to suit your needs.

Entertainment

The Bombardier comes with its own media centre, meaning you can watch movies, mirror live streaming, or display documents onto the largest high-definition TV monitors in its class. Typically the larger the plane the more amenities you will have.

Fly higher

Private jets have a higher maximum operating altitude, some up to 51,000 feet – high above the weather and 20,000-feet higher than the busy commercial jet routes, which means you avoid the busy commercial routes and avoid turbulent weather. A smoother and faster flight.

Arrive fresher

The lower the cabin pair pressure, the better and the Bombardier Global’s cabin altitude of 4,500 feet at 45,000 feet is one of the best. This means at cruising altitude, the cabin has a pressure equal to that of being 4,500 ft above sea level.

You will arrive at your destination fresher and more alert, than you would on a commercial airliner.

Safety

With a relentless fixation on safety, the best operators that we choose for your flight adhere to the most rigorous safety standards in the world and surpasses the most demanding benchmarks.

Remember all operators are not created equally. We only charter aircraft that have a valid AOC and up to date insurance.

The larger operators we charter are generally classified with the ARGUS International Platinum Rating and Wyvern Wingman. Your flight crew surpass stringent industry requirements.

All aircraft are maintained to rigorous European safety standards as set by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Crew go through simulator training and checks twice per year without exception.

Flight attendant

On smaller aircraft there will be no flight attendant as the cabins are just to small. For larger aircraft such as the Embraer Legacy 500 upwards in the super mid-size category, you will have at least one cabin hostess. All the pilots have exceptional experience well above and beyond legal requirements.
