We organised a private jet charter flight from Manchester to Barcelona on a Cessna Citation XLS+ for a new client. The client got in touch with us via email.

Enquiry:

“Hello, I would like to enquire about a private jet from Manchester to Barcelona on Tuesday 29th October 2019 for a VIP, They would need to land in Barcelona by 2pm. Please let me know if you have availability and the costs involved asap.”,

1 Going Manchester 10.50 Barcelona

Return Barcelona 22.00 Manchester

2. Going. Manchester 10.50 Barcelona 14.00 

Return Barcelona 22.00 to Dubai.

We sent out some options for the flight, leaving the client to decide which aircraft and route suited them best. All the aircraft we quoted were newer aircraft with seating for up to eight people, as the client wanted something a bit more spacious in the cabin.

“Thanks for this, It’s looking like this will be the most likely option as there is a commercial plane going to Dubai that they can catch.

Are there any additional costs that I should account for?

In terms of anything that is a common extra charge.”

“This option is looking the most likely. Is there anything you can do on any of these prices? I’m thinking the Citation XLS or the Learjet 75.”

The times have changed slightly. We need a 14.30 arrival in Barcelona, no earlier. And a 20.30 departure from Barcelona. If they are running slightly earlier or later than scheduled are there any extra costs involved?

“I need to confirm the flights for xxxx on Tuesday 29th October. I’m sure *** has given you all of the details already but here is everything I know.”

Passengers: 2 Departing from Manchester on Tuesday 29th October @ 10:00 Departing from Barcelona on Tuesday 29th October @ 21:00 approx.

“We would like VIP catering on board – Halal food. Let me know if you need to de-ice. Ideally we would avoid this cost. I will be dealing with you directly – let me know what I need to do to secure this flight. Please let me know what other information you need from me.”
