Falcona organised a one way private jet charter flight from Manchester Airport to Verona on a super light Cessna Citation XLS aircraft.

The family of four were travelling to their new home for the first time, which they weren’t allowed to travel due to all the UK covid restrictions.

As they passengers travel with us on a regular basis, they emailed us their travel requirements. Once we had the enquiry we sent a couple of suitable aircraft quotes to the client.

It was a choice between the Embraer Phenom 300, Bombardier Learjet 75 or the Cessna Citation XLS. They prefer these types of jets, due to the superior cabin comfort and luggage capacity.

Once everything was booked and payment was made by the client, the aircraft flew from London Farnborough Airport, on the morning of the flight approximately 1 hr 30 minutes prior to planned departure.

A couple of days before the flight we received an email from the operators, letting us know that due a technical issue with the Phenom 300 the flight would be performed on their Citation XLS.

These things happen from time to time and fortunately we were informed early. This is one of the reasons we work with certain operators who are reliable and have a fleet of aircraft in case of tech issues.

Passengers were met by the handling staff and Falcona, shown to the lounge, where their passport details were checked and verified. Bags loaded onto the aircraft. After a few minutes they were escorted by the pilots and handling staff to their aircraft and boarded the plane.
