04 Jun Manchester to Algarve
Falcona organised a one way private jet charter flight from Manchester Airport to the Algarve on a Cessna Citation CJ3 aircraft.
The family of five were travelling to the Algarve for a family holiday. The flight was booked when the UK Government, placed Portugal on the ‘green list’.
Passengers emailed us their travel requirements. Once we had the enquiry we sent a couple of suitable aircraft quotes to the client. The aircraft had to have the legs to complete the flight direct. Smaller aircraft such as the CJ2 would need a fuel stop.
Thank you for confirming your flight booking with Falcona Private Jets. Kindly provide us with full passenger passport details (picture via WhatsApp, text or email) and mention any specific catering and service requirements to us.
It is the sole responsibility of passengers to clarify in good time, the testing requirements needed for their destination, as the situation is changing all the time.
Check on the UK.Gov website for foreign travel advice and entry requirements.
Please also find your invoice for your charter attached. We will provide you with a flight brief at least 24-48 hours before departure. We look forward to welcoming you on-board.
Once everything was booked and payment was made by the client. The aircraft positioned in from Liege on the day of the flight. Catering was put onboard ready for the passengers.
Passengers were met by the handling staff and Falcona on their arrival at the terminal, shown to the lounge, where their passport details were checked and verified by the staff. After around twenty minutes, due to the ramp at Manchester being extremely busy our passengers were escorted by the pilots and handling staff to their aircraft and boarded the plane.

Our passengers were met at Manchester Airport where they had to produce all the documents to Border Force. This was all done within minutes and the passengers were on their way home in no time at all.
The Cessna Citation CJ3 is an extremely popular aircraft. It has one of the longest cabins in the light jet class and seats up to seven people in a spacious and comfortable cabin. The six reclining single executive seats are comfortable and the passenger cabin is relatively quiet.
All CJ3 cabins are outfitted with the first four seats in a facing club-four layout followed by two forward-facing seats with less legroom—great for kids or shorter passengers.
A five-inch dropped aisle yields a 57-inch high cabin, which is approximately 58-inches wide and 15-feet long, providing plenty of cabin space. The baggage compartments add up to 65 cubic feet.
The 50-cubic-foot aft compartment is big enough for up to 8 standard size cases or golf clubs and skis. The CJ3 is perfect for trips from the UK to Malaga or Faro.
All brilliant mate. Really nice crew and good plane. They looked after us at the airport as well.
