Falcona organised a one way private jet charter flight from Newcastle to Mallorca on a Cessna Citation CJ2+. As the passengers travel with us on a regular basis, they emailed us their travel requirements.

Once we had the enquiry we sent a couple of suitable aircraft quotes to the client. It was a choice between the Cessna Citation CJ2+, Hawker 400XP and the Cessna Citation CJ3. Because of the travel restrictions our passengers waited until things had changed. So in the meantime the CJ3 had already been booked, so they decided on the CJ2+ aircraft for their flight.

Booking

Thank you for confirming your flight booking with Falcona Private Jets. Kindly provide us with full passenger passport details (picture via WhatsApp, text or email) and mention any specific catering and service requirements to us.

It is the sole responsibility of passengers to clarify in good time, the testing requirements needed for their destination, as the situation is changing all the time. We recommend that you check on the UK.Gov website for foreign travel advice and entry requirements.

Please also find your invoice for your charter attached. We will provide you with a flight brief at least 24-48 hours before departure. We look forward to welcoming you on-board.

Once everything was booked and payment was made by the client, the aircraft flew from Bristol Airport, on the morning of the flight approximately, getting to Newcastle Airport an hour prior to planned departure.

Our passengers WhatsApp Falcona that they were running late due to heavy traffic. So we immediately notified the operators so they were aware of the situation.

This isn’t an issue when you fly private, the aircraft will wait for you. The passengers arrived 15 minutes late but were able to board straight away and depart.
