Falcona organised a one way private jet charter flight from Birmingham Airport, UK on a super mid-size Embraer Praetor 600 to New York . The purpose of the flight was for the passengers return home after visiting relatives.

Once we had the enquiry from our website, we sent a couple of suitable aircraft quotes to the client. The aircraft we chose were a Embraer Praetor 600 and a Bombardier Global 6000, with both aircraft being able to do the flight direct.

The Global 6000 is a ultra long range aircraft and is perfect for long haul flights. The Praetor 600 is a super mid-size aircraft that has the range to do this trip comfortably.

Booking

It is the sole responsibility of passengers to clarify in good time, the testing requirements needed for their destination, as the situation is changing all the time. Check on the UK.Gov website for foreign travel advice and entry requirements.

Please also find your invoice for your charter attached. We will provide you with a flight brief at least 24-48 hours before departure. We look forward to welcoming you on-board.

Once everything was booked and payment was made by the client, the aircraft re-positioned from Milan to Birmingham the day before departure.

We spoke to the FBO at Birmingham Airport, to make sure that all was ok and if it was possible to meet the passengers before departure. We met our passengers on arrival at XLR Jet Centre and spoke with them about the flight. We were also able to let their grandson have a look around the fantastic facilities, as he loves airplanes.

Everything went smoothly and our passengers took off on time, with no fuss.

The FA from their previous flight has informed us that they are both  Vegetarian – They do not consume eggs and fish and they do not drink alcohol. They consume dairy products.

We worked closely with our preferred catering team for this trip.

Snacks/Nibbles. As discussed, please find attached the menu for Sanskruti Restaurant. I have eaten from them a few time and do rate them highly. Can we please have their preferences by Wednesday so we can liaise with the restaurant.
