We organised a private jet charter from Manchester to Germany for an overnight business trip for our new clients.

Good Afternoon, i’m looking to book a plane for approx. 7 people could be (5 or 6) max 7 on Monday 8^th April, to arrive in Nuremberg at approx. 16:00, returning Tuesday 9^th April, approx. 14:00. I’m hoping to have all the details by the end of this week but can you let me know if the above is possible & approx. cost.

There will be 6 flying out & 4 returning, and 2 of them will have bigger cases (20kg) as they are out in Germany for longer. If there’s any chance of getting a parking pass for today, one of the guys has requested last minute that would be much appreciated.

We sent the PA of the company who three quotes on suitable aircraft to perform the flight that they requested. A Citation XLS, Phenom 300 and a Learjet 75. All these aircraft are super light jets, offering a spacious environment for business trip. Our client decided to go for the Learjet 75, which is wi-fi enabled unlike many aircraft on the charter market.

Itinerary

Manchester Airport

Our aircraft arrived at Manchester from London at 12.15 local time, for the flight at 13.00 local. We met the pilots on arrival, where we briefed them on the passengers.

The pilots then prepared for the flight, until our passengers were at the terminal. On our clients arrival they were met by a member of the handling staff, passports checked and then bags loaded onto the aircraft.

Our clients relaxed in the lounge and then after around 10 minutes were escorted to the aircraft for departure.
