Our clients for this charter flight were VVIP and the aircraft that they wanted to use for their trip was a Bombardier Global type.
We received an email requesting a flight from Farnborough Airport to Spain, so we searched our database for a modern Bombardier Global aircraft, which allowed smoking onboard. Not all aircraft are smoking so this narrowed down the choice of plane we could find.
We provided our client with a choice of three suitable aircraft for the flight. We sourced an aircraft that would be suitable for all of the passengers and their luggage. Sourcing an aircraft as a broker means that we perform due diligence at all times to ensure that our clients get the safest and best aircraft for their flight.
We eventually booked a Bombardier Global 6000 with one of the best charter operator in the world, who are Wyvern Wingman and ARG/US Platinum rated. All their aircraft are manufactured in 2014 or newer, resulting in modern aircraft with the latest technology on-board.
The aircraft arrived at Farnborough Airport around thirty minutes prior to departure. Once our clients bags had been loaded onto the aircraft, they were screened and then escorted to the aircraft
The security screening process is the same as commercial airlines, just a lot quicker and less stressful. Any aircraft over 10 tonnes will need to be a screened.
With any private jet charter flight there can be issues at any time, private planes are not immune from problems, however communication between the operator and charter broker is essential to make sure things get dealt with immediately.

Farnborough Airport
We were at Farnborough Airport to meet our passengers to make sure everything went smoothly. The handling agent staff directed them to the passenger lounge, where we greeted them.
Passengers were able to relax in the beautiful lounge area, whilst we visited the aircraft and checked that all the catering was on-board.
Once the passengers had been screened they were escorted to the aircraft by a member of staff. Clients had arranged a private transfer for when they arrived in Spain.
